3 Series E36 318ti (M44) COMP
Weld up reinforcement plate (1) for B pillar.
Plug-weld connecting face of upper side frame in area (1).
Butt weld beside (2) plates.
Grind down all welded surfaces.
Remove support for roof.
Adjusting reinforcement on C pillar, marking out joint.
Caution!
Take account of material allowance for offset!
Remove and cut out reinforcement on C pillar.
Clean connecting faces and coat with zinc dust paint.
Drill open holes for plug welding connection in reinforcement for C
pillar at top of vehicle.
Clean connecting face and coat with zinc dust paint.
