3 Series E36 318ti (M44) COMP
Cut away reinforcement at jack take-up point and remove front
section of vehicle jack take-up point.
Drill out exposed welding points and remove reinforcement for
vehicle jack take-up point.
Clean, align and grind down connecting points in reinforcement for
vehicle jack take-up point.
Clean, align and grind down connecting points in reinforcement for
vehicle jack take-up point.
Clean, align and grind down connecting points on side panel of
body.
Note:
In this illustration, the rear apron has been removed.
This is not necessary for performing the operation described
here!
