3 Series E36 318ti (M44) COMP
Pull off retainer (1) upwards and unclip ball socket (2). Push back
and disconnect cable (3).
Remove rubber strap (4).
Installation:
If applicable, lock new retainer by bending with special tool
52 0 050.
Installation:
Pull Bowden cable forwards until actuation becomes free of
clearance, then fit new clips.
Pull complete seat rails off of frame.
