New spot welding machine Multispot MI-100control
BMW/MINI
Situation:
A modern spot welding system is essential for body repairs. The increasing use of high-
strength steel and ever more demanding material combinations require resistance spot
welding systems that can meet these demands.
For this reason, a new spot welding machine is being recommended:

MULTISPOT MI-100control manufactured by the company ELEKTRON-BREMEN
Complex series of tests and laboratory examinations have demonstrated that this machine
satisfies today's more challenging demands and will continue to do so in the future.
To this end we have worked and we shall continue to work intensively with the equipment
manufacturer.
The equipment software is specially configured for BMW and MINI.
The modern control technology used on the Multispot MI-100control detects the different
requirements at the joint. The spot welding machine is self adjusting, monitors the welding
process and guides the unit safely and reliably through the process.

Procedure:
The spot welding system will only be supplied to order.
