3 Series E36 323i (M52) CONVER
Mark and clean joints for rough separation of trunk floor panel.
Distance (A) = 140 mm
Remove trunk floor but do not cut through double thickness of
plate.
Trunk floor detached, double plates visible.
Mark and separate joint along side member.
Dimension (A) = 20 mm from edge of trunk floor.
Dimension (B) = 50 mm from edge of separating wall.
Remove scrap metal. Straighten and grind joint surfaces.
Cut new section for left and right trunk floor panels.
Distance (A) = 230 mm
Distance (B) = 15 mm
Distance (C) = 25 mm
Distance (D) = 56 mm
Distance (E) = 63 mm
Distance (F) = 75 mm
Distance (G) = 80 mm
Distance (H) = 82 mm
Note:
Ignore any bend in new components: transfer dimensions
"straight".
