Adjusting both convertible top lid locks

Requirements:

Convertible top compartment cover and gaskets must be
correctly installed and adjusted.

Check that convertible top locks are in block position and
adjust Bowden cables if necessary,

refer to 54 25 008

Open side windows.

Lift clamping bracket and soft top compartment cover upright.

Fold down convertible top lid onto convertible top lid locks. The
clamping brackets (1) on left and right must engage in rotary
latches (2) in centre.

Loosen screws (3).

Push convertible top locks forwards or backwards until the
clamping brackets (1) engage in the rotary latches (2) at distance
(B).

Distance (B) = approx. 1 ... 3 mm
