3 Series E36 325i (M50) CONVER
Expose and open welding spots and welding seams on wheel
housing reinforcement and A-pillar.
Expose and open lower connection on cowl panel, windshield
frame and outer cowl panel.
Expose upper cowl panel.
Distance (A) = approx. 90 mm
Open brazed seam and remove cowl panel.
Remove scrap metal.
Straighten and grind joint surfaces.
On new cowl panel component, drill holes for plug-welding to
reinforcement section on wheel housing.
Clean and coat joint surfaces with zinc dust paint.
RA Replacing left or right cowl
