Removing and installing or replacing
microswitch - soft top fully raised
S4: microswitch for "soft top closed"
Microswitch cuts in when soft top is closed.
Note:
Soft top linkage is in "fully raised position".
This switch prevents actuation of the soft top while soft top is
closed.
For further instructions on troubleshooting, refer to 54 90
and Vehicle Electric/Electronic Test Plan, 3 Series E36.
