Clean inside connection points on spare part of D-pillar and coat
with zinc dust paint.
Coat connection point on vehicle with zinc dust paint.
Caution!
Support roof! Ensure that dimensional accuracy of body is
maintained.
1 = Roof support.
Adjust inside spare D-pillar to fit, secure and weld up.
Weld spare inner D-pillar to connection point on tail panel.
Define, mark up and cut through connection point between outer
D-pillar / sub-frame on spare outer D-pillar (with sub-frame).
Dimension (A) = 450 mm from center of bore

20 mm.
