3 Series E36 M3 (S50) CONVER
Gap (A) = 24.0 mm (design dimension).
Gap (B) = 25.8 mm (design dimension).
Calculate the mean value of the 6 throttle bodies and determine
the difference to the design dimension.
Use screw (2) to adjust all 6 throttles simultaneously in the
direction of the design dimension.
After basic setting operation, adjust exhaust content and perform
exhaust synchronization.
Inspection of throttle valve kinematics:
Trap paper strip between 3 detent screws and kinematic detents.
Pull on paper. If the paper can be pulled out slightly, carry out
throttle basic setting.
