Removing and installing/replacing cover
kinematics (Z3 Coupé, M Coupé)

Remove glass tilt roof cover,

refer to 54 10 100.

Detach motor and gear for glass roof actuation (do not
remove completely),

refer to 54 10 010.

Unfasten left/right screws (1).

Note:

Don not lose outer stop (2) on left/right.

Remove cover kinematics (1).

When reusing cover kinematics (2):

Insert locating clip (1) in mount for cover kinematics (2).
