Removing and installing / replacing entire
heating unit (Z3 roadster, Z3 coupé)
Remove cover for heater air intake,
refer to 51 13 077
Unfasten clips and remove hoses.
Carefully blow air into the intake line to remove residual water from
the heater core.
Installation instructions:
Ensure that rubber seal is correctly seated.
Remove screws from heater.
Remove trim from instrument panel,
refer to 51 45 030
Unfasten screws on reinforcement pipe and cut through cable tie.
