Situation:
To increase the availability of the "Technically possible wheel/tyre combinations" in the
dealerships, the TIS (Technical Information System) medium has been converted to KSD
(commercial service data).
Procedure:
Data for vehicles from Model Year 2000 are no longer published in TIS, but rather on the
KSD CD (initially with CD 04/2000) and can be referred to there.
Parts:
To read the "Technically possible wheel/tyre combinations", a browser (Netscape
Communicator from version 4.05 or Microsoft Internet Explorer from version 4.0) is required
on the PC.
Note:
The licensing contract required to order the KSD CD is available from subsidiaries and
importers.
