Replacing complete injection pipe (M43TU)
Remove manifold upper section,
refer to 11 61 040.
Caution!
Catch and dispose of escaping fuel.
Release hose clip (1) on fuel return line, disconnect hose.
Installation:
Replace fuel hose and hose clips.
Disconnect fuel feed line (2) at coupling.
Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 13 53 4AZ.
Installation:
Always replace O-ring (1), install O-ring with anti-friction
agent.
Release screws (1). Remove injection pipe with fuel injectors.
Installation:
Coat rubber sealing rings of fuel injectors with anti-friction
agent to facilitate installation of the fuel injector block.
