Replacing actuator drive of footwell flap
Remove and install housing for glovebox and cover on
equipment carrier at bottom,
refer to 51 45 030.
Remove and install airbag module on passenger side,
refer to 72 12 000.
Unhook adjusting lever (1).
Disconnect plug connection (1). Unlock actuator drive (2) and
feed out towards rear.
Installation:
If necessary, align shaft for footwell flap and drive (see
illustration).
