Additions to repair range IV
from E46
Situation:
The increased contact reliability of the new connectors will continue to be gradually
introduced into current series production.
This means that the scope of electrical connections is greatly increased.
To maintain the requirements for professional repairs on the new connectors to be carried
out, examinations have now been made, in particular in areas of the vehicle which are
crash-relevant.
Thus the basic concept of repair range IV (order number 61 9 020) has been retained
and the housings and contacts listed below selected to supplement the repair range.
Please refer to enclosure 1.
In case of repair, proceed as described below.
Please refer to enclosure 2 / repair instructions.
Procedure:
Additions to repair range IV will automatically be distributed in accordance with the valid
tools agreement.
