Removing and installing complete EH
convertible top
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Follow repair instructions for hydraulic system
•
Remove side trim upper section at rear
•
Remove side trim lower section at rear left (EH convertible
top only)
Open side windows and convertible top lid.
Raise clamping bracket into upright position.
Note:
Support convertible top compartment lid.
Mark position of convertible top on baseplate.
Unfasten screws.
Stow convertible top in its compartment.
EH convertible top only:
Disconnect hydraulic lines and join supply and return lines of
convertible top.
Installation:
The lines are designed in such a way as to prevent them being
mixed up.
Ensure lines are in their proper positions.
