3 Series E46 318i (M43TU) TOUR
Fit tail panel.
Note jointing sequence of repair work.
Mark out holes for plug welding on left and right.
Remove tail panel.
Drill holes for plug welding.
Clean mating surfaces on tail panel spare part and coat with zinc
dust paint.
Coat connection points on the body with zinc dust paint.
Insert tail panel from below and slide upwards (1).
Slide tail panel towards rear until contact is made (2).
Secure tail panel in position.
