3 Series E46 318i (M43TU) TOUR
Installation:
Pins (1) on trim (2) must not be damaged.
Note:
Hold rear spoiler while releasing screws (1); otherwise cables
will be damaged.
Release screws (1).
Installation:
Rubber seals (2) must be fitted.
Tightening Torque,
refer to Technical Data 51 71 2AZ.
Detach sheeting (1) and disconnect plug connection (2).
Disconnect plug connection (3) on auxiliary brake light.
Disconnect hose (4) for washer system and remove rear
spoiler (5).
Place rear spoiler (5) on a clean surface.
Installation:
Always replace sheeting (1) - leaks.
Detach sheeting (1) completely.
Installation:
Replace sheeting (1).
Contact face of sheeting (1) must be clean.
The sheeting (1) must rest in position without any folds so that
no water can penetrate!
