3 Series E46 318ti (N42) COMP
Drill necessary holes for plug welding.
Clean all connecting points on new luggage compartment floor
part and body and coat with welding primer.
Adjust new luggage compartment floor part to fit with straightening
attachments (1).
Installation:
Insert 1 mm thick washers between straightening attachments (1)
and impact plates. This is necessary because tail panel is not yet
fitted.
Weld areas (2) and (3).
Weld areas (1).
Weld areas (1).
Seal all seams on body.
RA Replacing complete rear luggage compartment floor (tail panel removed)
