3 Series E46 318ti (N42) COMP
Insert reinforcement plates (1) approx. 40 mm in length.
Clean connecting points to side panel and coat with welding
primer.
Apply window glass adhesive to cavity sealing (2).
Caution!
The cavity sealing (3) may no longer be installed due to the
fire hazard during welding of the new part.
Spot-weld areas (1).
Weld reinforcement plates (2).
Install reinforcement plates (1) approx. 30 mm in length.
Install outer plate (2) and weld.
Weld areas (1).
RA Replacing rear left side panel (partial replacement, C- and D-pillars, top)
