Drill holes for plug welding reinforcement plates in body for

Drill holes for plug welding reinforcement plates in spare part for 

- 

B-pillar reinforcement

- 

B-pillar

- 

C-pillar

- 

Side member cover

Clean reinforcement plates and mating surfaces on body and on
spare part and coat with zinc dust paint.

Produce reinforcement plates for

- 

B-pillar reinforcement

- 

C-pillar.

- 

Side member cover

with 1/2 width into body, locate in position and weld up.

Grind down welded surfaces.

RA  Replacing rear left side panel (partial replacement, C-pillar) (E46 Coupé)
