Important!
After completion of work, check transmission fluid level.
Use only approved transmission fluid.
Failure to comply with this instruction will result in serious
damage to the transmission.
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Disconnect battery
•
E46 only: Remove heater bulkhead
•
E46 only: Release fan cowl and pull upwards approx. 2 cm
•
Remove reinforcement plate and underbody protection
•
Remove entire exhaust system
