3 Series E46 320td (M47TU) COMP
Installation:
Apply a thin coat of petroleum jelly to sealing surfaces of
sealing rings (1).
Insert sealing rings (1) in intake snorkel.
Release screw (1).
Slacken screw (2).
Turn fixture in direction of arrow.
Release quick-release coupling on intercooler.
Remove complete charge air tube/hose.
Caution!

Fit charge air hoses without grease and dry.
-
Seal turbocharger openings with a cap immediately.
Release banjo bolt.
Tightening torque, 11 65 7AZ .
Disconnect oil line.
Note:
Seal connection of oil line and bore in crankcase with a cap.
Installation:
Replace sealing rings.
