Open welding spots for side panel reinforcement on

Open welding spots for side panel reinforcement on cover for
frame side member on inside.

Remove reinforcement for side section.

Expose connection points for outer wheel arch section/inner wheel
arch section, in wheel arch.

Drill out welding spots of connection points for outer wheel arch
section/inner wheel arch section.
