Removing and installing/replacing storage
compartment (M3 Coupé CSL)
Version with manual transmission only:
Unclip gaiter (1) and pull up over gear lever.
Version with sequential M transmission only:
Unclip trim for storage tray (1) sideways and lift.
Release screws (1).
Unclip covers (1) and remove.
Release screws (2) underneath.
Unclip gaiter (3) from storage compartment (4).
Pull back storage compartment (4) under trim (5).
Note:
Raise handbrake lever (6) slightly and lock in position.
Disconnect associated plug connections and remove storage
compartment (4) upwards over gaiter (3) and handbrake
lever (6).
