Removing and installing intake air manifold
(N43)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Disconnect battery negative terminal.
•
Remove suction filter housing.
•
Remove alternator.
Detach cable from bracket (2).
Unfasten plug connection (2) and disconnect.
Detach cable from bracket (3).
Unlock plug connection (4) and disconnect.
Release tank venting valve (5) from bracket.
Unlock and disconnect connection for tank venting valve (6).
Detach vent hose (1).
Release screws (2).
Tightening torque: 11 61 1AZ
.
Release bolts (1).
Note:
Bolts (1) must be released while installed with a universal joint
and a long extension only.
Tightening torque: 11 61 2AZ
