Replacing both monitor sensors (N45)
Special tools required:
•
11 4 260
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Read out fault memory of control unit of Digital Motor
Electronics (DME)
•
Switch off ignition
•
Remove rear underbody protection
•
Disconnect plug connection at engine wiring harness.
Warning!
Scalding hazard!
Only perform this task on an engine that has cooled down.
Unclip plug connection (1) and disconnect.
