3 Series E90 M3 (S65) SAL
Release all screw connections on shaft (1).
Grip screws, release nuts only. Replace screws and nuts (3).
Installation:
Actuating lever (2) of throttle valve actuating motor is offset by
180
°
to throttle valve actuating levers.
Mounting sequence of actuating levers, bank 1
1. Levers for throttle valves
2. Lever from actuator motor
Installation:
Clean sealing surfaces on cylinder head.
Replace O-rings (1) on cylinder head.
Check adapter sleeves on throttle valves.
Note:
Assemble engine.
Perform basic throttle valve setting
