To avoid damaging the sound insulation (1) on the bulkhead, raise
the transmission after withdrawing the transmission pin from the
pilot bearing against the direction of engine lowering to 0

°

.

For safety, a protective film (2) can also be placed between the
transmission and the sound insulation.

Installation:

Pay attention to correction position of dowel sleeves.

Replace damaged dowel sleeves.

Ensure correct position of cover plate.

Installation:

Remove release unit and release lever and clean.

Installation:

Check lubrication of transmission input shaft for sticky
consistency. If grease is sticky, replace clutch plate.

Check clutch plate for friction rust in taper splines and replace
if necessary.

Mechanically remove old grease and lining abrasion from the
taper splines of the clutch disk (with a cloth).
