Adjusting rear window lock
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove trim on shaft bearing for rear window wiper
Prerequisite:
Rear lid must be correctly adjusted to fit; if necessary, adjust rear
lid.
For ideal adjustment, refer to Body gap dimensions.
Slacken lock nut (1).
Adjust striker (2) by turning in or out.
Check adjustment and repeat if necessary.
Tighten down lock nut (1).
