Removing and installing/replacing air-mass
sensor (N47)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Read fault memory of DDE control unit.
•
Switch off ignition
•
Remove air filter housing upper section
Release screws (1) and remove air-mass sensor.
Tightening torque 13 71 3AZ
.
Note:
Check stored fault messages.
Now clear the fault memory.
Reset air-mass sensor adaptation with BMW diagnosis system.
