Replacing all valve-shaft seals (M51)
Note:
cylinder head removed
Replace all valve springs, refer to 11 34 715
7 mm valve stem diameter:
Remove valve stem seal with Special Tool 11 1 250.
Installation note:
Coat valve shaft with oil and install valve.
Fit Special Tool 11 1 380.
Coat new valve stem seal (1) with oil and install.
Installation note:
Press-fit valve stem seal firmly home by hand using Special
Tool 11 1 200.
