5 Series E34 525td (M51) TOUR
Unfasten screws.
Remove cover (1) for servo piston.
Installation:
Clean sealing surface.
Tightening torque: 24 34 5AZ
Remove gasket (1).
Installation:
Clean sealing surface.
Use new gasket.
Grip servo piston at fitting (1) with special tool 24 2 330 and
slacken lock nut (2).
Grip servo piston at fitting (1) with special tool 24 2 330.
Tighten down adjusting screw (3) with special tool 24 2 320.
Tightening torque: 24 23 2AZ
Release adjusting screw (3) through 5 turns.
Tighten down lock nut (2).
Tightening torque: 24 23 3AZ
