Universal axle support for front and rear axles
BMW, MINI
Situation:
The universal axle support 31 5 250 is designed to accept all front and rear axles, see
Enclosure 1.
This adjustable support accepts all existing and future front and rear axles on all BMW and
MINI models.
The universal axle support 31 5 250 replaces the following basic support as well as the
model-specific support adapters:

Note:
The stock price for the basic support 00 2 040 including all support adapters for
BMW model series is 2564.00 euros.
The cost advantage of the universal axle support compared to the model-specific
support adapters is currently 1435.50 euros and will increase with each new model.
The support adapters for the basic support 00 2 040 will only be developed
approx. 1 year for future model series.
Only the universal axle support 31 5 250 will then be available as a stock tool.
