Cartec Testing Systems

Situation:
The Cartec testing systems outlined in the following are new additions to the workshop
equipment range in the area of the chassis and suspension tester, performance test rig and
brake roller dynamometer.
The test line VIDEOline 2304 R is a combination of the chassis and suspension tester
FWT-R and the brake roller dynamometer BDE 2304 K.
Installation 1
Test line VIDEOline 2304 R: Test line with brake roller dynamometer, resonance chassis
and suspension tester and noise detector module, PC-based with database.
Installation 2
Chassis and suspension tester FWT- R: Chassis and suspension tester based on the new
resonance principle with integrated noise detector module and wheel load weighing
machine for determining road traction as well as for checking the entire chassis and
suspension system. Automatic frequency cycle and specific frequency selection possible.
Installation 3
Brake roller dynamometer BDE 2304 K: Brake roller dynamometer for determining rolling
resistance, eccentricity, braking force, braking force difference left/right as well as total
deceleration. Expansion to complete test line on corresponding foundation possible.
Installation 4
Performance test rig LPS 2510: Double roller performance test rig featuring electric eddy-
current brake. Extensive range of basic equipment for unrestricted range of applications.
Installation 5
Performance test rig for all-wheel drive vehicles LPS 2510-4WD: Performance test rig for
all-wheel drive vehicles featuring electric eddy-current brake suitable for all-wheel drive
vehicles. Extensive range of basic equipment for unrestricted range of applications.
Procedure:
The testing systems are offered from stock and supplied only to order.
