BMW wheel alignment system / KDS Hunter and KDS II Hunter

Situation:
To satisfy worldwide demands for wheel alignment, two alternative kinematics diagnosis
systems have been developed and approved according to BMW specifications. These are
the systems BMW KDS Hunter and BMW KDS II Hunter. The technology of the first system
is comparable to the familiar KDS. The BMW KDS II Hunter works with stationary cameras
and reflectors fitted on the wheels in place of the usual measuring sensors. The basic
measuring process is the same for all units.
Note:
All systems have a specific configuration. They are not identical to the standard
systems used by manufacturers.

Procedure:
The BMW KDS Hunter and BMW KDS II Hunter are available as store tools and will only be
supplied to order.
