New spot welding systems
BMW/MINI
Situation:
A modern spot welding system is essential for body repairs. The increasing use of
maximum strength steel and ever more demanding material combinations require
resistance spot welding systems that can meet these demands.
For this reason, two additional spot welding systems are recommended:

CR600 QSM from company Car-O-Liner
-
MIDIspot QSVM9000 from company Celette
Complex series of tests and laboratory examinations have demonstrated that these
machines satisfy today's more challenging demands and will continue to do so in the future.
To this end we have worked and we shall continue to work intensively with the equipment
manufacturer.
The equipment software is specially configured for BMW and MINI.
The modern control technology used on these spot welding systems detects the different
requirements at the joint. The units are self adjusting, monitor the welding process and
guide the units safely and reliably through the process.
