New retainer kit, welding bracket and straightening angle system "EVO 1-5"

Situation:
To improve the economy and consistency of body alignment and repairs, a new concept
EVO 1-5
from the company CAR-O-LINER is recommended.
EVO 1 (Basic anchorage system)
Basic system for anchoring, retaining and providing lateral support during repairs.
Excellently suited for operations involving heavy loads. Multimedia support included in
package. For delivery specification, please refer to Enclosure 1 .
EVO 2 (extension kit for EVO 1)
The extension kit for EVO 1 allows two additional anchor points or retaining points during
the repair. For delivery specification, please refer to
Enclosure 2 .
EVO 3 (universal retaining and fixing system - new generation)
Universal system for retaining and fixing new vehicle parts during body repairs. Multimedia
support included in package. For delivery specification, please refer to
Enclosure 3 .
EVO 1-3 is universal and can thus be used on all earlier, current and future vehicles on
the market.
An additional adapter is needed to use EVO 1-3 on the Mark6 alignment bench, see
Accessories
Enclosure 6.
EVO 4 (straightening angle system)
Benefits:

Light weight due to use of aluminium for support frames and transverse beams
•
Small volume for individual straightening angles
•
Quick and simple centralisation of vehicle (can be performed by one person)
•
Safe and simple height adjustment of adapters in tower due to use of rotating bolt (no
rig pins needed)
•
Heights given at adapters
•
Quick fitting straightening angles at adapter with "click system"
•
Use of more than one straightening angle possible on one adapter
•
No specific setup orientation of towers needed
Note:
EVO 4 can only be used in conjunction with a Bench Rack alignment bench (from
Bench Rack 5000).
