Workshop computer cabinet

Situation: 

The new workshop computer cabinet has been specially developed to meet the needs of
the workshop. 
This means that much of the electronic equipment needed in the workshop (e.g. PC,
printer, GT1 and battery charger) can be integrated into an optimised storage system. The
workshop computer cabinet comprises an upper and a lower cabinet.

The upper cabinet has an aluminium roller shutter. 2 shelves and a holder for the
computer keyboard can be universally adjusted. The upper cabinet also has a sliding shelf
with a 22 mm thick multiplex board.

In the left-hand door of the lower cabinet there is a flap made of transparent plastic that
allows quick access to printed documents. The right-hand door is also fitted with a
transparent plastic window. This allows the operating status of the equipment (e.g. PC or
battery charger) to be checked even when the door is closed.

The aluminium roller shutter and the doors are fitted with cylinder locks, guaranteeing
maximum security.

An integrated electronic fan and openings in the rear panel and the shelves ensure that the
electronic equipment in the workshop computer cabinet is adequately ventilated. 
The openings are located at a specific height to ensure that no moisture from the workshop
floor can get into the cabinet.

The workshop computer cabinet is coated with anthracite-coloured plastic (BMW colour). 
To ensure optimum transportation within the workshop, the lower cabinet has a galvanised
base for carriage by a lift truck.
