5 Series E39 520i (M52TU) SAL
Separate wheel arch over connection point engine support.
Caution!
Avoid damage to adjacent sheet metal parts.
Remove wheel arch.
Caution!
On vehicles with slide/tilt sunroof, do not damage or bend the
water drainage tube when removing the wheel arch.
Remove remaining sheet metal panels from connection point
between partition wall carrier plate, end wall and engine support
and grind down connection point.
Align connection point between end wall, A-column and carrier
support and grind down.
