Checking fuel delivery pressure (M57, M67)
Note:
Check fuel delivery pressure at idling speed.
Caution!
When working on the oil, coolant or fuel circuit, you must
protect the alternator against contamination.
Cover alternator with suitable materials.
Failure to comply with this procedure may result in an
alternator malfunction.
Caution!
Catch emerging fuel in a suitable container and dispose of
fuel.
Press lock (1)
Detach fuel feed line (2) from fuel filter unit.
Connect special tools 13 6 051 and 13 6 053 to special tool
16 1 300.
Insert special tool 16 1 300 (pipe adapter) between fuel feed
line (1) and fuel filter unit.
