5 Series E39 525d (M57) SAL
Remove glove box,
refer to 51 16 360
Remove trim sections from right oddments tray,
Unfasten screws and pull out air duct for footwell ventilation.
Unfasten screws and remove cover from expansion valve.
Unfasten screws, pull lines slightly apart and remove expansion
valve.
Caution!
Replace O-rings.
