Coat connection point on vehicle with zinc dust paint.

Fit spare wheel arch outer section and secure.

Weld connection point for wheel arch outer section / wheel arch
inner section.

Weld connection point for wheel arch outer section / door opening

and

connection point for wheel arch outer section / wheel arch inner
section.

Grind welding spots until smooth.

Drill out holes in area (1) for plug welding in closing plate on the
side member.

Clean connection points in areas (1) and (2).

RA  Replacing complete rear left wheel arch (side wall removed) (touring)
