Removing and installing/replacing trunk lid
button (touring)
Remove lower trim power from trunk lid,
refer to 51 49 000
Unfasten nuts and cut through plug connection.
Remove button which actuates the trunk lid and extract the wire
(2).
Installation:
Perform function check with trunk lid open.
Note:
Only replace:
When being replaced, the button is in pieces (loose
components) because the finisher (1) must be painted in car
colour before being installed.
