Removing and installing/replacing accelerator
sensor (M51)
Switch off ignition.
Note:
Connect up DIS and/or MoDiC and select diagnosis program
on DDE control unit, then check function on accelerator pedal
sensor (function test), interrogate fault memory, subsequent
procedure in accordance with DIS and/or MoDiC instructions.
Remove lower left trim panel from instrument panel.
Location: The accelerator sensor (1) is fitted to the pedal block.
Unscrew and remove control unit (1) from bracket. Unfasten
screws (2) and remove bracket.
