Apply glue rapidly and insert door window. Skin forms after 10
minutes.

Carefully fit door window, first at bottom, align down both sides
then fit at top and press down. Secure door window in position
with fabric adhesive tape (e.g. Tesa).

Caution!

Remove dirt from residual glue with Sika remover 208
(sourcing reference: BMW Parts Service) before glue is hard.
Do not press door window out again for this purpose.
Hardened glue can only be removed by machine.

Assemble car.

After hardening time, remove support.

Note:

Leaks are detected by spraying water under the sealing lips or
by using an ultrasonic leak tester and can then be sealed with
an appropriate nozzle.
