5 Series E39 528i (M52) SAL
Installation:
Install cover (1) in recess on frame (2) and clip into bottom.
The clips and recesses must not be damaged.
Unfasten screws.
Turn flap backwards and pull plate upwards to remove.
Installation:
Only use original screws (short version 10 mm) because
otherwise the surface of the table can be damaged.
Slide plate completely downwards.
Caution!
Risk of damage if frame (2) is released jerkily.
Unfasten screws (1) and pull frame (2) obliquely upwards to
remove.
Unfasten screws (3) and remove connecting plate (4).
Unfasten screws (5) and invert rear panel.
Installation:
Insert all screws but do not tighten down.
(A) Thread must point forwards (1) and washer (2) must
turn in installation position
(B) Insert chassis (3) and tighten down screws (4) on
left/right.
Check function.
