Removing and installing / replacing headliner
mechanism for glass slide/tilt sunroof
Installation:
If necessary, apply light coat of Renax GL1 (Fuchs) grease
to guide duct.
Removing and installing headliner for glass slide/tilt sunroof
cover,
refer to 54 12 136
Note:
Always replace headliner mechanism for glass slide/tilt
sunroof in pairs.
Slide headliner mechanism (1) fully forwards.
Move mechanism back until nipple (2) is located to right of plastic
slides (3).
Removal of headliner mechanism with "flexible fulcrum
pad"(only on right side):
Note:
The flexible fulcrum pad (1) is securely attached to the rail (2)
(cannot be removed).
