Removing and installing/replacing headliner
for sun-roof lid
Installation:
If necessary, apply light coat of Renax GL1 (Fuchs) grease
to guide duct.
Remove sun-roof lid,
refer to 54 12 100
The mechanism must be lowered at the back by dimension (A). If
necessary, lower as with the installed slide/tilt sunroof cover.
Distance (A) = 2 to 3 mm
Pull headliner slowly forwards (with clean hands or wearing
protective gloves).
Unfasten left/right Torx screws and pull headliner
forwards/upwards to remove.
